Not bad at all, though perhaps a tad disappointing. It seems like the floor on these Four Roses picks is almost always a great bourbon, but at $84 I want more than that. These Total Wine store picks continue to underperform against similar selections from local shops and I will probably be passing on them going forward, unless they release the OBSF recipe that I’ve been hoping to try.
Additional Info: This is the OBSV recipe which is known for “delicate fruit and rye”.
