Nose: Gingerbread, sweet corn, caramel, vanilla, it’s a very subtle nose
Palate: Caramel, vanilla cake, orange icing glaze, dried pear, oak spices
Finish: On the shorter side, sweet with more orange and vanilla flavors, rye and baking spices keep it alive

I generally dislike using silly notes in my reviews but the best description I could come up for this is vanilla cake with an orange icing glaze in whisky form. It’s an incredibly sweet whisky with a lot of unique notes. I can’t say I’m always in the mood for it but it does great job of satisfying my sweet tooth when I reach for the bottle.
